DOUG CASEY:

Doug Casey is a libertarian author, investment adviser, venture capitalist and entrepreneur. He’s definitely not politically correct either which I like. Another guy who tells it like it is on topics related to politics, economics and investments. Mr. Casey founded Casey Research. Casey Research offers some of the best investment advice out there and specializes in precious metals, mining and the natural resource sectors. Doug and his team will show you how to profit in periods of economic turmoil. He seeks it out. After all, Doug Casey is also the author of the New York Times best seller called “Crisis Investing” and he’s also the author of the more recent “Right on the Money: Doug Casey on Economics, Investing, and the Ways of the Real World with Louis James”. You can find Mr. Casey all over the airwaves on CNN, NBC, Forbes and blah blah blah. Yes I’m a little jealous again hahaha.

He founded a private club, wine vineyard, golfing and residential sporting estate in Salta Province, Argentina called Estancia de Cafayate. Its like a real life “Galts Gulch” from Ayn Rand’s brilliant book Atlas Shrugged. You can actually buy property here and hang out with some of the world’s greatest investors, thinkers, rascals and characters. My favorite investment advice newsletter from Doug Casey is called “The International Speculator” and it focuses on mining stocks. The Casey Report, International Man and Crisis Investing are also very valuable and worth the price.
